Contact and quotation form privacy notice
Your name, contact details, selected service and message are collected electronically by FQC STANDARD UYGUNLUK DEĞERLENDİRME A.Ş. They are stored in the administration panel and notified to the authorised team by email to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you.
Purposes and legal bases
Quotation requests are processed where directly necessary to enter into or perform a contract; other enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests that do not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms; and necessary records to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or protect a right (Article 5(2) of Turkish Law No. 6698). Optional analytics requires separate explicit consent.
Access, recipients and retention
The authorised team responding to your enquiry has access. Hosting and email service providers may receive data to the extent needed for their services; competent authorities where required by law. Form records are retained for the period required by their purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Website analytics
Measures pages visited, active time, clicks, device type and approximate location using a random visitor identifier. Form field contents are not recorded in analytics.
Technical records needed for form and website security are separate from optional visitor analytics. Analytics does not store full IP addresses, raw browser headers or form messages.
Submitting a form does not give permission for advertising messages or optional cookies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may request information about your data, its processing purposes and recipients; request correction or deletion and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
